1. Return Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and structural integrity must be preserved.

  • The return must be pre-approved via email and include proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Garments altered, tailored, or washed after delivery.

  • Undergarments or worn base layers.

  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional clearance events.


3. Initiating a Return

To begin a return:

  2. Await authorization and return instructions.

  3. Return shipping must be initiated within 7 days of approval.

Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.


4. Refund Timeline and Processing

Upon receiving the item and completing inspection:

  • An email will confirm receipt and status.

  • Approved returns are refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If rejected, we will outline the reason and offer return-to-sender options.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not posted within the expected window:

  • Check your financial account and credit provider’s refund policy.

  • Contact us if 10 business days have passed with no visible refund.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in these cases:

  • Product received was incorrect or defective.

  • Replacement stock is available in requested size or variant.

7. Return Shipping Policy

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

  • For higher-value returns, we recommend a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


8. Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout:

  • Store credit may be issued for qualifying returns.

  • Refunds to the original purchaser’s payment method apply if the item was not marked as a gift.


9. Damaged on Arrival
