This document outlines our shipping standards and practices.


1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days post-payment.

  • Purchases made on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you automatically.


2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Shipping costs and times are calculated based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We collaborate exclusively with verified courier services that specialize in apparel logistics and time-sensitive delivery. Our packaging is deliberately low-profile — no flashy branding, no excess bulk — aligning with the brand’s discretion.


4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally. For international orders:

  • Import duties and VAT may apply, based on your country’s laws.

  • These costs are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control but we’ll offer support as needed.


5. Tracking and Shipment Visibility

All orders are assigned a unique tracking ID once dispatched:

  • You’ll receive this tracking number via email.

  • Shipment progress can be viewed via the courier’s website.

  • If tracking indicates an issue, contact us for escalation assistance.


6. Delivery Failures or Missed Parcels

In case of missed or failed delivery:

  • First, check tracking and reach out to the carrier directly.

  • If needed, contact [email protected] and we’ll support redelivery logistics.

  • If your order is returned due to delivery refusal or invalid address, reshipping fees will apply.


7. Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, an order may be fulfilled in more than one parcel. Each will be accompanied by its own tracking number.
